Know all men by these presents that we, Frances Stroble
and David Stroble her husband for and in consideration
of three hundred Dollars to us in hand paid (the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged by Olive Martin
late of Iowa do hereby give, grant Bargain sell and
convey unto the said Olive Martin her heirs and assigns
forever all that lot and parcel of land lying North East
of Waldo in Alachua County Florida described as follows
bounded on the East side by the road commonly known
as the Florida Rail=Road, on West and South by lands be=
longing to John Mularkey containing four acres
more or less, being the same land conveyed by Wade H.
Sparkman and Susunnah Sparkman his wife to Simeon
S. Weeks and by Simeon S. Weeks to Frances Stroble the
grantor herein = To have and to hold the said premises
with their appurtenances unto the said Olive Martin her
heirs and assigns forever free from all life Estate control
or interference of her husband Moses Martin as her
separate Estate in fee simple. And the said Frances
Stroble and David Stroble her husband convenant and
agree that they are seized in fee simple of the said prem=
ises and have good right and title to convey; that the
premises are free from incumbrances and that they
will warrant and defend the title to the said Olive
Martin against all claims whatsoever. In testimony
whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals at
Waldo this the ninth day of January in the year one
thousand eight hundred and seventy four.
