Alachua County } Before me Samuel J. Kennard
a Justice of the Peace in and for said County personally
appeared the above named Frances Stroble and
David L. Stroble and severally acknowledged that
they signed sealed and delivered the above instru=
ment as their act and deed - David L. Stroble
And the said Frances Stroble being by me ex=
amined separate and apart from her said husband
acknowledged that she signed sealed and delivered
the above instrument as her act and deed with=
out any fear or apprehension of or coercion by her
said husband and that she is still satisfied
therewith Francis Stroble-

This Indenture made this the fourth day of December
one thousand eight hundred and seventy three between
Thomas C. Willis of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the first part and Mitchell Hill of the County and
State aforesaid party of the second part Witnesseth that the
party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Two hundred and fifty Dollars to him in hand paid by
the party of the second part at and before the signing
sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained and sold
and by these presents doth grant and convey unto the party of
the second part and his heirs and assigns forever all that
certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida and Known
and described as the East half of the North East quarter of
Section Thirteen and the South West quarter of the North
West quarter of Section Twenty Township seven South of
Range twenty East containing 120 acres; Together with all
and singular the tenements and appurtenances with all
the right title interest or Demand of in or to the same. To have |
