County of Alachua} This Indenture made this eighteenth
day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and seventy three between Thomas W. Chesnut
of said State and County of the first part and Henry M.
Hankinson and Alexander F. Ogden of Holyoke, Hamp=
den County State of Massachusetts of the second part Witness=
eth that for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred
and three 50/100 Dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged and conveyed and by these presents doth
sell grant and convey unto the said parties of the second
part their heirs and assigns in fee simple all that tract
or parcel of land containing one hundred and one 74/100
acres cut off from Section seventeen Range nineteen East
Township Ten South and North West quarter of Section sixteen
Range nineteen East Township Ten South; all in Arrodondo
Grant (See annexed description of survey) To have and to hold
All the said parcels and the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging in fee forever, unto the
said Henry M. Hankinson and Alexander F. Ogden their
heirs and assigns, And the said party of the first part unto 
the said parties of the second part hereby covenants and a=
grees for himself his heirs and administrators and executors
to warrant by these presents and forever defend the above 
granted premises against the claim or claims of all persons
whomsoever. In witness whereof the said party of the first
part hereunto sets his hand and seal this the day and year
first above written-
