Alachua County  } Personally came Helen T. Chesnut
wife of Thomas W. Chesnut grantor in the foregoing Deed
before the undersigned, Samuel W. Burnett and being by
him personally, privately examined separate and apart
from her said husband acknowledged that she sealed
and delivered the foregoing relinquishment and re=
nunciation of Dower in tracts or parcels of land, contain=
ing one hundred and one 74/100 acres cut off from Section
seventeen Range nineteen East Township Ten South, and
North West quarter Section sixteen Range nineteen East
Township Ten South, all in the Arrodonda Grant freely
and voluntarily and without constraint, compulsion
or fear of or from her said husband. In witness whereof
she hereunto sets her hand and seal the day and year first
above written-

State of Florida} Before me W.K. Cessna Circuit Clerk in
Alachua County  } and for said County personally came E.
B. McCuen one of the subscribing witness to the foregoing
Deed, who being duly sworn according to law says that he
saw Thos H. Chesnut sign, seal and deliver the same for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned and deponent further says that
Mrs. Helen R. Chesnut sign the relinquishment of Dower in and to
the premises hereinbefore described and that he together with W.C.
Matheson signed this Deed of conveyance and relinquishment of
Dower as subscribing witnesses thereto.
