one of the witnesses to the foregoing deed, who being duly sworn
says that he saw this deed executed for the purposes
and uses therein mentioned and that he together

Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that
I, James Cason, of the one part in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida for and in consideration of Five hundred
Dollars to me paid by Ransom Cason of the other part in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida the receipt where of
is hereby acknowledged do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the said Ransom Cason his heirs and
assigns, a certain tract or parcel of land situated in
Alachua County State of Florida in Section four (4) Township
seven (7) Range nineteen (19) East half of South = West quarter
South and East. To have and to hold unto him the said
Ransom Cason his heirs and assigns to his and their use and
behoof forever. And I, the said James Cason for myself
my heirs executors and administrators do covenant with
the said Ransom Cason his heirs and assigns, that they are
free from all encumbrances, that I have good right to sell
and convey the same Ransom Cason his heirs and assigns
forever as aforesaid and that I will, and my heirs executors
and administrators shall warrant and defend the same
to the said Ransom Cason his heirs and assigns forever
against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever
