in and for said County personally came Lucy Cason
wife of James Cason the grantor in the foregoing instrument
and acknowledged and declared that for and in consideration
of the premises above mentioned she doth relinquish and
renounce all her dower and right in and to the above granted
premises and I certify that this acknowledgement was
made in my presence separate and apart from her

County of Alachua} Know all men by these presents that I, Jacob
Holbrook of the one part in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred
Dollars to me paid by Samuel H. Burnett of the other part
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the said Samuel H. Burnett his heirs and as-
signs a certain tract or parcel of land situated in Alachua
County State of Florida South East quarter of North west quarter
Section nine (9) Township seven Range nineteen South and East
To have and to hold the above granted premises to the said
Samuel H. Burnett his heirs, and assigns to his and
their use and behoof forever, and to the said Jacob
