other part in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge I
do hereby give grant bargain sell and convey unto the
said Jacob J. Holbrook his heirs and assigns a certain
tract or parcel of land situated in Alachua County
State of Florida to wit the North East quarter of the North
West quarter of section (9) nine in Township (7) seven South
Range (19) nineteen East and the North East quarter
of the North East quarter of Section (8) eight Township (7)
seven South, Range nineteen (19) East. To have and
to hold the above granted premises to him the said Jacob
J. Holbrook his heirs and assigns to his and their use and
behoof forever. And I, the said Jacob Holbrook for my=
self my heirs, executors and administrators do covenant
with the said Jacob J. Holbrook his heirs and assigns
that I am lawfully seized in fee simple of the afore=
granted premises, that they are free from all encumbrances
that I have good right to sell and convey the same to the said
Jacob J. Holbrook, his heirs and assigns forever against
unlawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever

in and for said County personally came Martha Holbrook
wife of Jacob Holbrook the grantor of the foregoing premises
and acknowledged and declared that for and in consideration
of the premises above mentioned she doth relinquish and
renounce all her Dower and right in and to the above=
granted premises and I certify that this acknowledgement
was made in my presence separate and apart from
her said husband Jacob J. Holbrook
