Alachua County  } This Indenture made and entered into
this the sixteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and seventy three between James
P. Sanchez of Alachua County State of Florida party of the
first part and Mary A.P. Sanchez of St. Johns County
Florida party of the second part Witnesseth that for
and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred and
fifty Dollars to me in hand paid by M.A.P. Sanchez party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl=
edged, I have this day granted, bargained and sold and by
these presents doth grant bargain alien and convey unto
the said party of the second part a certain lot of land
together with the appurtenances known as Lot (2) two,
Block (3) three, Range (2) two situated in the Town of Gaines=
ville on the South side of the Court House square together
wiht all my right, title and interest in the said property
To have and to hold unto the said Mary A.P. Sanchez her
heirs, Executors, administrators and assigns forever And I,
the said James P. Sanchez, party of the first part do hereby re-
linquish all my right, title and interest or claim of whatever
nature and forever quit claim. In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this the six-
teenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and seventy three four three.
