or extension of the town of Gainesville aforesaid, and
running northerly bounding on the easternmost side of
said lot two hundred (200) feet, thence westerly parallel to
the southermost line of said lot two hundred (200) feet
to the north west corner of said lot, thence southerly
bounding on the westermost line of said lot two hundred
(200) feet, to the south west corner of said lot, and thence
easterly in a straight line to the place of beginning
the same being the south half of said lot.
   It being a part of the same ground which by a decree
passed in the case of Brush et al against Pratt et al in
the Circuit Court of St. Johns County and State of Florida
on the eleventh day of August, in the year eighteen hun-
dred and forty-nine, which decree has been duly re-
corded in the Clerk's office of Alachua County in said
State was adjudged and apportioned as the property
belonging to the estate of the said Nehemiah Brush
deceased.
         Together with all and singular, the rights,
priviledges, advantages, tenements, hereditaments and ap-
purtenances, and the reversion and reversions, re-
mainder and remainders; rents issues and profits
thereof; And also all the estate, right, title, interest, claim
and demand, whatsoever, both in law and equity,
which the said testator had in his lifetime, and at the
time of his decease, and which the said party hereto of the
first part hath, by virtue of said last will and testament
or otherwise, of, in and to the same and every part
thereof, with the appurtenances.
         To have and to hold the above described lot
or parcel of ground with the appurtenances, unto the said
party hereto of the second part, her heirs and assigns
forever. And the said party hereto of the first part
as executor aforesaid, doth covenant with the said party
of the second part,  as executor aforesaid her heirs and
assigns, that he has not done any act, matter or thing
to incumber the property hereby conveyed, and that he
will execute such further assurances as may be necessary
       Witness the hand and seal of the party hereto
of the first part
