appurtnenances and all the Estate, title and interest
therein of the said party of the first part. To have
and to hold the said granted premises unto the said Ephraim
Montgomery Sen, his heirs and assigns in fee simple.
And the said party of the first party their heirs and assigns

second part forever warrant and defend against all

Alachua County } This indenture made this the 5th day of
November A.D. 1870 between James B. Brown and Annie W. Brown
his wife of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the first
part and T.G. Pratt Thompson of the same State and County of
the second part Witnesseth that the parties of the first part
for and in consideration of One hundred and sixty Dollars paid
by the party of the second part have bargained sold and con=
veyed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto the said T.G. Pratt Thompson his heirs and assigns forever
