Barnes as sheriff as aforesaid by virtue of the
said writs and of the statutes in such cases made
and provided for and in consideration of the sum of
ten dollars to me in hand paid by the said Richard
L. Wilson and Thomas P. McHenry parties of the sec-
ond part have granted bargained and sold unto the
said Richard L. Wison and Thomas P. McHenry
parties of the second part their heirs and assigns
forever all the following property, to wit:-
One Judgement the property of Edward L. Rem-
ington obtained in the circuit court of Alachua County
Florida against P.L. Stanley administratix of
J.C. Stanley, deceased for the sum of Eight Thous-
and four hundred dollars and ninety-one cents
dated October 13th 1863 together with all the rights
titles interests and equities, which the said Edward
Remington had of in or to the same, to have and
to hold as fully as I the said L.A. Barnes as
sheriff as aforesaid might could or ought to sell
and convey the same.

fourth day of August A.D. 1873.

County L.A. Barnes, who acknowledged to me that
he signed and sealed the foregoing deed to Richard
L. Wilson and Thonas P. McHenry, dated fourth
day of August A.D. 1873 for the consideration and
purposes therein named as sheriff of Alachua County
Florida.
