Know all men by these presents that I, Joseph
S. Cook of the City of Brooklyn County of Kings and
State of New York party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of one Dollar to me paid
by Rodolphus B. Johnson of the City of Brooklyn
County of Kings and State of New York the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged gave granted, bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said party of the second part
his Executors, administrators and assigns one 60 Saw
Gin, three McCarthy Gins one Engine and Boiler, one
Cotton Press and the machinery of one Grist Mill now
on the premises conveyed by Joseph S. Cook to Rodolphus
B. Johnson situated in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida. To have and to hold the same unto the said party
of the second part his Executors administrators and assigns
forever. And I do for my self my heirs executors and administrators
convenant and agree to and with the said party of the second
party to warrant and defend the said described goods hereby sold
unto the said party of the second part his Executors administrators
and assigns against all and every person and persons what=
soever= In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 29th day of January 1873

County of Alachua} This Indenture made and entered into this
the 9th day of December A.D. 1873 between Louisa B. Bolling,
Executrix of Mary A. Bolling decd. party of the first part and Delphia
A. Hart of the second part Witnesseth that for and in consideration
of the sum of six hundred and fifty Dollars to the said party of the
first part in hand paid by the said party of the second part at
the time of executing this Indenture the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the said party of the first part hath bargained and
sold and doth hereby convey unto the said party of the second part
all those certain tracts or parcels of land known and described
as parcel of what is known as Lot ten (10) of Moses E. Levy Twenty
