East corner of Lot No ten (10) of said Twenty thousand
acre tract and running West Magnetic forty chains; thence
South parallel with the North and South line dividing
Lots No ten (10) and Eleven (11) of said Twenty thousand acre
tract, forty chains; thence East Magnetic forty chains to
the line dividing Lots No ten (10) and Eleven (11) of said
Twenty thousand acre Tract; thence North along said
dividing line to the point of beginning; Also that certain
other tract of Lot No Ten (10) of the said Twenty thousand
acre tract, commencing at a point forty chains South
Magnetic of the North East corner of Lot No ten (10) of the
said Twenty thousand acre tract and running West
Magnetic thirty four chains and fifty Links; thence South
parallel with the North and South line dividing No (10)
Ten and (11) Eleven of said Twenty thousand acre tract
forty chains; thence East Magnetic thirty four chains and
fifty Links to the line dividing Lots No (10) and (11) Eleven
of the said Twenty thousand Tract; thence North along said
dividing line forty chains to the point of beginning and
containing on hundred and thirty eight acres and lying
in the East end of the tract of land of two hundred and six
teen acres and two thirds of an acre conveyed by Moses E.
Levy to Joshua Stafford by Deed on 27th day of November
A.D. 1852 and by the said Stafford conveyed to William
J. Turner by Deed on the 22nd day of February AD 1853.
     To have and the above described and granted premises unto
all the improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining to the only proper use benefit and behoof
of the said party of the second part her heirs executors and assigns
in fee simple forever. And the said party of the first part
doth hereby covenant and agree to and with the said party
of the second part that she is seized in fee simple of the of the
above described lands and every part and parcel thereof and
has the legal right to convey the same and she and her heirs
executors and successors in office will warrant and defend this
title the same against all claims whatever. In testimony 
whereof the said party of the first part hath hereunto set her
hand affixed her seal in the day and year above written in
