       Know all men by these presents that we Olivia A.
Porter and Watson Porter, her husband, of the County of
Alachua State of Florida in consideration of the sum of
five hundred dollars to us in hand paid and by us re-
ceieved do hereby bargain, sell, grant and convey unto Annie
L. Barton of said County and State her heirs and assigns
forever all the following lots or parcels of land situated lying and
being in the town of Gainesville county of Alachua and state of
Florida and Known and described as follows: the undivi
ded half interest of said parties of the first part in and
to the followin described lands to wit: All that certain lot of land
situate in the town of Gainesville aforesaid And Known and
described on the map of the survey of said town as the Northern
