intended so to be with the appurtenances to each and all
belonging, force, clear and fully discharged or well and
sufficiently kept harmless and undiminished from and
against all forever and other gifts, grants, bargains, sales
jointures dowers and estates, and of from and against
all forever and other titles, troubles, charges and incumbran-
ces whatsoever, had done, or made or supposed so to be by
them the said William and Margarett their heirs and
assigns, or any other person or persons lawfully claiming
or to claim by from or under him, them or any of them.

Margarett A. Whetsone have hereunto set our hands and af-
