part or portion of Block four in Range four and bound-
ed as follows: beginning at the south East corner of said Block
four Range four thence west forty two feet thence north one hun-
dred and twenty seven feet thence west one hundred and fifty
feet thence North seventy two feet thence East one hundred and
Ninety two feet and thence south one hundred and ninety nine
feet to the place of beginning: Also the the undivided half interest
of the South west corner of Block four Range five in said
town of Gainesville fronting fifty feet running back East one
hundred feet together with the tenements hereditaments with
every priviledge right, title interest and estate reversion, re-
mainder and easement thereto belonging or in any wise ap
pertaining to have and to hold in fee simple forever. And
we do hereby covenant with the said Annie L. Barton her
heirs and administrators and assigns that said prem-
ises are the lawful estate of said Olivia A. Porter wife of the
said Watson Porter that they are free of all incumbrances
that we have good right and lawful authority to sell the
same and that we will warrant and defend the title to the
said premises against the lawful claims of all persons
       In witness whereof the said Watson Porter as well as
Olivia A. Porter his wife have hereunto set their hands and
affixed their seals this 9 day of February AD 1874

Alachua County  } I who with my said husband men-
tioned in the foregoing deed of conveyance signed sealed
and delivered the same do acknowledge apart this my pri-
vate examination separate and apart from my said
husband before and by R.E. Shivery a Justice of the
Peace in and for the county stated that I executed the same
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint ap
prehension or fear of or from my said husband and for the
purposes therein mentioned
