personally appeared John Livingston to me Known to be the same per-
son described in and who executed the within instrument, and
acknowledges that he executed the same

I, John R. Robinson, Clerk of the said county
and of the Courts thereof, do hereby certify, that M. Norton, Esq whose
name is subscribed to the instrument hereunto annexed, was, on
the day of date of the same a Justice of the Peace in and for
said County, duly elected and sworn, and authorized by the laws
of this State to administer Oaths and Affirmations and take ac-
knowledgements. And further, that I am well acquainted
with his hand writing, and verily believe that such signa-
ture is genuine. And that said instrument is executed & acknowl-
edged according to the Laws of the state of New York

seventy four (1874) Between Michael O'Hara of said
State and County of the first part and Mrs. Fannie E.
Tomkies of the same State and County of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of one hundred Dollars to
him duly paid before the delivery hereof does hereby bar-
gain sell convey and confirm unto the said party of the
second part her heirs administrators and assigns all
that piece or parcel of land Known as one acre and one
