to a Stake, thence North one hundred yards to a Stake
thence West two hundred and twenty yards (more or
less to the Eastern boundary of Gainesville, thence South
along said boundary to the point of beginning, lying
and being in Lot number seven (7) "East Gainesville"
in Section four (4) Township Ten(10) Range Twenty (20)
Arrodonda Grant. To have and to hold the above
granted premises unto the said party of the second
part, her heirs and assigns in fee simple title forever
together with all the rights priviledges and appurtenances
thereunto belonging  - And the said party of the 
first part does hereby convenant and agree with the
party of the second part her heirs and assigns that
he has a right to sell said lands, that he is legally
seized and possessed of the same and he will
warrant and defend the party of the second part
her heirs and assigns in the peaceable enjoyment
of the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whatsoever. In testimony whereof witness my hand
