property - To have and to hold the said premises
unto the said Stephen McCall his heirs and
assigns in fee simple forever and the said
Sherman Conant as Marshall as aforesaid
covenenats to warrant and defende the title to the
same to the said Stephen McCall his heirs and
assigns under and virtue of said writ of fieri
facias and the Statutes in such cases made
and provided as he might could or ought to do
as such Marshal against the claim or claims
of all persons whomsoever Given under my hand
