Alachua County  } Before me personally came
J.W. Childs who being duly sworn says that he saw
Louis A. Barnes and Sarah R. Barnes his wife
sign seal and deliver the foregoing Deed of con-
veyance for the uses and purposes as therein contained
and expressed and that he together with J.B. 
Coker signed the same as subscribing witnesses
thereto.

this 18 day of February AD 1874  }

State of Florida}
Alachua County  } This Indenture made this the 10th tenth
day of January AD 1873 between Delia A. Coker of said
State and County of the first part and James M. Ennis
of the same State and County of the second part Witnesseth
that for and in consideration of Five hundred Dollars
the receipt of one hundred Dollars of which is hereby
acknowledged the said party of the first part hath and
by these presents grants bargains sells and conveys
unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and
assigns all the following real Estate situated in said
State and County; To wit the south half of Lot no (7)
seven and the North half of Lot no (8) eight in section six
(6) Township (8) Eight South, Range (20) Twenty East, and
a part of Lot no (1) one and (8) eight section one (1) Township
(8) Eight South, Range (19) nineteen East, the
whole being bounded by lines running as follows:
Beginning at the center of the line dividing Lots no
six and seven in Section six Township (8) Eight South
Range 20 East and running thence West forty (40)
chains, thence South forty (40) chains, thence East (40)
