of the County court acting as Judge of Probate, did empower the
said Daniel Lynn, as administrator as aforesaid to sell and
dispose of the real estate of the said Mathew Chesser deceased:
and whereas the said Daniel Lynn having given public notice
of the said sale for thirty days in the "Florida Independent" it
being the paper designated for the advertisement of all legal no-
tices and having complied with all the requisitions of the law,
therein did on the seventh day of this present month proceed to
expose the pieces or parcels of land hereinafter described for sale at
the Court house in said County, between the hours limited by
law for such sales, and whereas said Joseph G. and Charles W.
Little bought said land at and for the sum of one thousand
three hundred Dollars, which was the highest sum bid
for the same at such sale: Now the said Daniel Lynn
Administrator as aforesaid in consideration of the said sum
of One Thousand three hundred dollars to him in hand
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted
bargained, sold, aliened and conveyed, and by these presents
does grant, bargain, sell, alien and convey unto the said
Joseph G. and Charles W. Little their heirs and assigns
all those certain pieces or parcels of land lying and being
in the state and county aforesaid and described as follows
Section twenty three -23- Township nine -9- and Range
nineteen, Also the west half of Section fourteen -14- and
Section twenty three in Township nine -9- Range nine-
teen -19- Also the west half of section fourteen -14- and
Section twenty three -23- in Township nine -9- Range
nineteen -19- Reserving 2 acres at church and 2 acres
at grave yard. To have and to hold said premises to
the said Joseph G. and Charles W. Little their heirs and
assigns forever.
