forty chains thence North forty (40) chaines to the

This Indenture made and entered into this the ninth
day of February AD one Thousand eight hundred and
seventy four Between Dewarren L. Barton and
Annie L. Barton his wife of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida parties of the first part and
Olivia A. Porter of said County and State party of the
second part Witnesseth, that the parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Five
hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part and before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged have granted bargained sold de-
