party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever
all the following Lot, tract or parcel of land situate
lying and being in the Town of Gainesville, County
of Alachua and State of Florida and Known
and described as follows; the undivided half interest
said parties of the first part in and to the following
described lands, to wit, all that certain lot of land sit
uated in the Town of Gainesville aforesaid, Known and
described on the map of the survey of said Town as the
South West corner or portion of Block (4) four Range
(4) four and bounded as follows; beginning at the
South West corner of said Block four Range four
thence North one hundred and twenty seven feet, thence
East one hundred and fifty feet, thence South seven
ty seven feet, thence West twenty five feet, thence South
fifty feet thence West one hundred and twenty five feet
to the place of beginning seventeen thousand eight hundred
square feet more or less, together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders, rents issues and profits there
of and also all the Estate, right title interest Dower or claim
of Dower property possession, claim and demand what
soever as well in law as in equity of the said parties of
the first part of in and to the same and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances;  To have and to
hold the aforesaid premises together with all and singular
the rights members tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging unto her the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns to her and their sole benefit use and
behoof in Fee simple. And the said party of the first
their heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant
with the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
that they are lawfully seized of said premises as of fee and
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
and that they will and their heirs executors and administrators shall
forever warrant and defend the title to the said premises unto the said Olivia
A. Porter the said party of the second part against the claims of any and 
all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming the same. In testimony where-
