County of Alachua} Know all men by these presents that
I, Annie L. Barton wife of the above named DeWarren
L. Barton do upon this my examination taken and
made separate and apart from my said husband DeWarren
L. Barton acknowledge that I joined in the execution
of the foregoing conveyance and made myself a party
to the same for the purposes and with the intent of relinquish-
ing all my Dower interest in the lands and Estate therein
mentioned and that I do relinquish all my Dower interest
in the same freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion, constraint apprehension or fear of or
from my said husband. In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this the ninth day of
February AD 1874 before me in presence of R.E.

Alachua County  } Be it remembered that on this ninth
day of February AD 1874 personally appeared before me
the above named Annie L. Barton, who being at the time
separate and apart from DeWarren L. Barton her husband
did then and there make and execute the foregoing acknowl
edgement her name being subscribed with her own hand
and her seal affixed in my presence.  Witness my name and
seal this the day and year above written

State of Florida} Personally appeared before me W.K. Cessna
Alachua County  } Clerk of the Circuit Court for said County
and State, R.E. Shivery one of the subscribing witnesses to the
foregoing Deed of conveyance who being duly sworn says that
he saw DeWarren L. Barton and his wife Annie L. Barton
sign seal and delivered the above and foregoing Deed of conveyance
for the uses and purposes therein set forth and that he together
with Julia Cessna signed the same as witnesses.
