County of Alachua} Know all men by these
presents that I, James M. Sparkman of the afore-
said State and County in consideration of the
sum of $500.00 Five hundred Dollars lawful
money paid to me by William H. Denmark of the
aforesaid State and County the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged do hereby grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said William H. Denmark
his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of
land with the buildings thereon and all the privileges 
and appurtenances to the same belonging, situated
in said State and County bounded and described
as follows, to wit; Lot no (1) one (7) seven
and (10) Ten, Section six (6) Township (9) nine
South of Range 22 twenty two East. To have
and to hold the above granted premises to the said
William H. Denmark his heirs and assigns to
his and their use and behoof forever. And I,
the said James M. Sparkman for myself and
my heirs Executors & administrators do covenant
with the said William H. Denmark his heirs
and assigns that I am lawfully seized fee-
simple of the aforesaid granted premises, that they
are free from all encumbrances, that I have good
right to sell and convey the same to the said William
H. Denmark, his heirs and assigns forever as afore-
said and that I will, and my heirs, executors and
administrators shall warrant and defend the
same to the said William H. Denmark his heirs
and assigns forever against the lawful claims
and demands of all persons.
   In witness whereof, I the said James M. Sparkman
and I, Sinah Sparkman, wife of the said James M.
Sparkman in token of my release of all right and
title of or to Dower in the granted premises have hereunto
set our hands and seals, this 3rd day of September AD 1873.
