"I" pages 56 & 57 in the Clerk's Office of the said County
of Alachua Florida, together with all the tenements, heredit-
aments and appurtenances with every privilege, right
title interest and Estate reversion, remainder and
easement thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining
to have and to hold in fee simple forever. And we
do hereby covenant the said Olivia A. Porter and
John L. Barton with Mariah Ramsey that we are
lawfully seized of said premises, that we have
good right and lawful authority to sell the same
and that we will warrant and defend the title to
the said premises against the lawful claims of
all persons. In witness whereof the said Olivia A.
Porter, Watson Porter and John L. Barton have here-
unto set their hands and affixed their seals, the 4th
day of March AD 1874.

R.E. Shivery one of the witnesses to the above Deed who
being duly sworn says that he saw the above Deed executed
for the purposes therein set forth and that he together
with W.K. Cessna signed the same as subscribing witnesses -

Know all men by these presents that I, John L. Barton
of the Chautauqua State of New York in consideration
of the sum of forty Dollars ($40.00) to me in hand paid
and by me received do hereby bargain, sell, grant and
convey unto Olivia A. Porter of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida her heirs and assigns forever & one-
half interest in all the following lots, tracts, & parcels
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua, State
