every privilege right, title interest & estate, reversion, re-
mainder and easement thereunto belonging or anywise
appertaining - To have and hold in fee simple forever
And I, do hereby covenant with the said Olivia A.
Porter, her heirs and assigns, that I am lawfully seized
of said premises that they are free from all encumbrances
that I have good right and lawful authority to sell the
same and that I will warrant and defend the title to
