                  This indenture made and entered into
this 3rd day of April A.D. one thousand eight hundred
and seventy-three between Dallis Tillis of the County of
Polk and State of Florida party of the first part and
Norman Webster of the County of Alachua and State
aforesaid party of the second part: Witnesseth: That the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of five hundred and fifty dollars lawful money
of the Unites States to him in hand paid by the said par-
ty of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, hath given, granted, bargained sold and aliened,
remised and released, and doth by these presents, give, 
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release and convey
unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and as-
signs forever in fee simple absolute, all that certain
piece parcel or tract of land lying and being situated
in the town of Gainesville and County and state afore
said, Known and described in the platt of said town as
block number five ~5~ Range number six ~6~ and seven
~7~ containing two ~2~ acres more or less, together with
all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and ap-
purtenances thereunto belonging or in any-wise apper-
taining. To have and to hold the same, together with
all the right, title, interest, property, possession or
right of possession, unto himself, his heirs and as-
signs forever, and the said party of the first part
doth hereby covenant and agree that he has full
and legal right to convey the said property, as he
has herein conveyed the same and will and his heirs
executors or administrators shall forever warrant and
defend the right of possession in the said party of 
the second part, his heirs and assigns against any
and all persons lawfully claimining or to claim the same
render or by virtue of any deed, title, conveyance, mort-
gage or judgement of any court or other Title of any
nature or kind whatsoever.
           In testimony whereof the said party of the
first part has hereunto set his hand and seal the
day and year above mentioned.
