Alachua County  } Be it remembered that on this the
4th day of March in the year one thousand eight hundred
and seventy four personally came before me, the sub-
scriber a Justice of the Peace in and for the County
Stated an officer authorized by law to take acknowledge-
ments of execution of conveyances of real estate by
femmes covert Annie L. Barton to me well known
as the wife of De Warren L. Barton, who upon private
examination separate and apart from her said husband
made and executed the foregoing acknowledgement
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal, the day and year before written -

Alachua County  } Personally appeared before me
Wm K. Cessna, Clerk of the County Court in and
for said County and State R.E. Shivery one of the
subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Deed of con-
veyance, who being by me duly sworn deposes and
says that he saw Annie L. Barton and her husband
and her husband De Warren L. Barton sign, seal
and deliver the above and foregoing Deed of convey
ance for the uses and purposes therein set forth and
that he together with W.K. Cessna sign the same as
subscribing witnesses -

this the 4th day of March AD 1874}

        Gainesville Fla, January 26th 1874-
Know all men by these presents that we, C.D.H. Snead and
Fannie E. Snead his wife are held and firmly bound to Nathan
Spencer, his heirs, Executors and Administrators in the sum of
fourteen hundred and fifty Dollars for the payment of
which well and truly to be made we hereby bind ourselves
our heirs executors and administrators firmly by these
presents; to vindicate defend and warrant the title
of a Lot sold by C.D.H. Snead to Nathan Spencer
