Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents
that I, Fannie E. Snead wife of C.D.H. Snead for and in
consideration of the sum of one Dollar to me in hand paid
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, do
upon this my examination taken and made separately and
apart from my said husband acknowledged that I joined
in the execution of the foregoing conveyance and made
myself a party to the same for the purposes and with the 
intent of relinquishing all my Dower interest in the lands
and Estate therein mentioned and that I do relinquish
all my Dower interest in the same freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion, constraint apprehension
or fear of or from my said husband In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this the 26th day of
January 1874 before and in the presence of a Justice of 
the Peace
