State of Florida }
County of Alachua} Know all men by these presents that
I, Edmund Jones of the State & County aforesaid for and
in consideration of the sum of three hundred and
fifty Dollars to me in hand paid before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have sold released & conveyed and by
these presents do sell release & convey unto Wilber F.
Rice, his heirs & assigns forever in fee simple the follow
ing described part or parcel of land, situate, lying and
in the Arrodondo Grant and known and described
as follows to wit; Commencing at the North West corner
of Section four (4) Township ten (10) Range twenty (20)
thence South to Robeadou's corner, thence East to the
run of Sweet Water branch, thence the branch nearly
south within fifteen feet of D.M. Finger's corner re-
serving a road to the branch along D.M. Finger's line
distant one hundred yards within fifteen feet of D.
M. Finger's corner, thence North within fifteen feet
of Vallandingham's corner or line reserving a road to the
branch, thence up the branch fifteen feet, thence West to
the beginning corner; saving and excepting all that piece
or parcel of sold to R.L. Wilson, and described as follows
to wit; Beginning at the North West corner of section four
(4) Township ten (10) Range twenty (20) running South three
(3) chains & Eighteen (18) links thence East to the run of
Sweet Water Branch, thence up the run of said branch to the
section line, thence West along said line to point of be-
ginning, containing four (4) acres more or less. To-
gether with all & singular the rights, tenements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging. To have & to
hold all & singular, the premises before men-
tioned to the said Wilber F. Rice, his heirs and assigns
