Alachua County  } Before W.K. Cessna Circuit Clerk in and
for said county and State personally came Edmund Jones
the Grantor, in the above Deed of Conveyance and ac-
knowledged to me that he signed, sealed and delivered
said Deed of Conveyance to Wilber F. Rice, for the uses
and purposes therein contained and expressed.

Alachua County  } This Indenture made this fifteenth
day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand
eight hundred and seventy three, between Stephen McCall
Trustee of Cornelia E. Kennedy, of the said State & County
of the first part and Julia Cessna of the same State & County
Witnesseth: That for and in consideration of the sum of five
hundred dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the said Stephen McCall, Trustee as aforesaid
hath granted bargained, aliened and conveyed and by these
presents doth grant, bargain, alien and convey unto the said
Julia Cessna, forever, the following described lots or parcels
of land, to wit: Commencing two hundred and sixty (260)
feet south of the southeast corner of block one (1) range one
(1) of the town of Gainesville, running south two hundred
(200) feet, thence north two hundred (200) feet, thence east
two hundred (200) feet to the place of commencement. Then
commencing again thirty (30) feet from the Northeast corner
of the above described lot running west two hundred (200)
feet thence south two hundred (200) feet, thence north two
hundred (2000 feet to the place of commencement, situate,
lying and being immediately adjoining the original limits
of the town of Gainesville, State and county aforesaid.
To have and to hold the said lots or parcels of land to
