Alachua County  } This Indenture made this seventh
day of April A.D. 1873 between Louis A. Barnes as Sheriff of
said County of the first part, and James B. Dawkins, O.A. 
Meyers and William K. Cessna of the second part, witt-
nesseth:- That whereas by virtue of a writ of "fieri facias" issued
out of the Circuit Court in and for said County and state
and to the said Sheriff delivered, he was commanded that
of the goods and chattels, lands and tenements and rights in
law of equity of Egbert Alsdorf he cause to be made the
sum of                                             Dollars with
interest and costs which the plaintiff lately recovered
against the defendant in Execution: And whereas the said
Sheriff by virtue of said writ of "fierei facias" did on the 
er          day of          levy upon, and seize the prop
erty hereinafter described: and whereas the said Louis A.
Barnes as Sheriff as aforesaid did by virtue of said writ
and pursuant to the statute in such case made and
provided duly advertised the said property for sale on the
seventh day of April A.D. 1873 being the day of date of these
presents, and did on this day sell the same at public out-
cry according to law to the said James B. Dawkins,
O.A. Meters and William K. Cessna for the sum of twenty-
five dollars, they, by the said W.K. Cessna being the
highest and best bidders for the same and the said 25.00
being the highest sum bid therefore Now therefore know
ye that I, the said Louis A. Barnes as said Sheriff by
virtue of said writ and of the statute in such cases made
and provided, in consideration of the said sum of 
Twenty-five dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
and sold, and be these presents do grant bargain and
sell and convey unto the said James B. Dawkins
O.A. Meyers, and W.K. Cessna, their and each of their
heirs and assigns forever, all the property and right
