County of Alachua} Whereas by orders of the Hon. Williams Ed=
wards Judge of the County for Alachua County, Florida, and
dated on the 12th day of January A.D. 1870, the others dated on the 16th
day of November A.D. 1870, I Cosmo O. Bailey, administrator
of the Estate of James B. Bailey deceased, was duly empowered
and authorized to sell certain real estate in said petitions and
orders described, and to make good and valid titles to the same
as administrator as aforesaid, said sales to be made for the pay=
ment of the debts due by said estate. Now Know all men by
these presents, that I, Cosmo O. Bailey, as administrator as
aforesaid, for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
and twenty five dollars, to me in hand paid by Mrs. F.J. Grissom,
wife of John R.W. Grissom, of the aforesaid County and State,
at and before the signing and delivery of these presents, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant bargain, sell
and covey unto the said Mrs. F.J. Grissom, the following de=
scribed real property, belonging to the said Estate, to wit: Commen-
cing at the North-west corner of the said Grissom's lot running
West two hundred and forty feet thence South three hundred
and fifteen feet thence East two hundred and forty feet
thence North three hundred and fifteen feet along said Gris-
som's line, to the place of beginning. To have and to hold the
same, to her Mrs. F.J. Grisom, her heirs executors, admin-
istrators and assigns forever in fee simple. In witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
seal, this the 19th day of April, A.D. 1871.
