encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and
description and that the said partys of the second
part, their heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably
and may at all times hereafter have, use, occupy pos-
sess and enjoy the above described premises against
all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the same
and that it will at any and all times make such fur-
ther covenants, conveyances and assurances at the ex-
pense of the said parties of the second part as they, the
said parties of the second part, their heirs or assigns
or counsel learned in the law may require. In witness
whereof whereof the said party of the first part has caused
its seal to be hereunto affixed and these presents to be
certified by its president and resident managers

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that I, J.W.
Childs of the town of Gainesville County of Alachua & State
of Florida duly appointed lawful attorney of Frances E.
Ganse as by her Power of Attorney duly authenticated bearing
date the 27th day of December AD 1873, the same having
been duly recorded in the records of Alachua County for and
in consideration of Four hundred Dollars to me in hand
paid by Oscar D. Morris the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl
edged, have bargained sold delivered conveyed and confirm
ed and by these presents do bargain alien convey and con-
firm unto the said Oscar D. Morris the party of the second
part, his heirs executors administrators and assigns all the
right title and interest of the said Frances E. Ganse in and
to that certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and
being in the town of Gainesville in the County and State
above mentioned and known and described on the map
of the Public survey of said Town made in the year A.D.
