in Range seven (7) = To have and to hold, the said
described premises unto the said Oscar D. Morris, party of
the second part his heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple forever, together with all and
singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining; and the
said J.W. Childs as Attorney for Francis E. Gause cov
enants to that he will forever warrant and defend the
right and title the above described lands unto the said
Oscar D. Morris, the party of the second part his heirs,
executors and assigns - In testimony whereof the
said J.W. Childs as Attorney &c. party of the
first part has hereunto set his hand and seal this the
14th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and seventy four.
