sell and convey unto the said Elizabeth Bevill her heirs
& assigns a certain piece or parcel of land lying and
being in the State & County aforesaid & known and des-
ignated as follows; South East quarter of Section twenty
five (25) Township nine (9) Range nineteen (19) East, also
South west quarter of Section twenty five (25) Township nine (9)
Range eighteen (18); also the west half of the North west
quarter of section twenty five (25) Township nine, Range
eighteen, containing four hundred acres more or less=
Together with all the privileges & appurtenances thereunto be
longing or in any wise appertaining = To have and to
hold the above granted premises to the said Elizabeth
Bevill her heirs and assigns in fee simple forever.
And the said R.H. Bevill and his heirs executors and
administrators forever warrant & defend against the
lawful demands of all persons whatsoever-
In testimony whereof the said R.H. Bevill has here

Jennie H. Bevill wife of R.H. Bevill hereby transfer release
and convey all right, title and interest to the above de
scribed land to the said Elizabeth Bevill for valuable
