Alachua County  }  Know all men by these presents
that Amelia Haile of the aforesaid County & State for
and in consideration of the sum of One hundred Dollars
to me in hand paid and for and in consideration of
Four hundred & fifty Dollars secured to be paid
have granted, bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell & convey to Stephen C.
Bevill of said County and State the following de-
scribed real Estate to wit: all that certain piece, parcel
or tract of land lying and situated in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida in what is known as
the Arrodondo grant, particularly described as the
North half of the North west quarter of Section twenty five
(25) Township nine (9) Range 18 East containing Eighty
(80) acres more or less = To have & to hold the same to
him the said Stephen C. Bevill, his heirs executors
administrators and assigns = Together with the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining in fee simple forever
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 20th day of February 1874

being duly sworn says that he saw Mrs. Amelia Haile sign
seal and deliver the foregoing Instrument of writing for the
uses and purposes therein contained and expressed and

scribing witnesses thereto.
