therein in law or equity of Egbert Alsdorf described as
follows, to wit:- West half of section twenty-five, Town
ship nine, Range nineteen South and East and the North-
east quarter of Section twenty six, Township nine, Range
nineteen, South and east, situated in the County of
Alachua, together with the tenements and heredita-
ments pertaining thereto, with all the right title and 
interest in law or equity of the said Egbert Alsdorf
in the same or any part thereof. The same to be held
as fully and wholly in fee simple, as I, the said Sher-
iff as aforesaid under said writ, might, or could and
ought to grant and convey the same, unto the said 
parties of the second part. Given under my hand and
seal, this seventh day of April A.D. 1873.
