Alachua County      }  This Indenture made this twenty fifth
day of December one thousand eight hundred and seventy-
three by and between James Roundtree and his wife Emily
Roundtree of the first part and ST Waite of the second
part Witnesseth That said party of the first part, for and in con
sideration of the sum of Four Hundred Dollars, to them in
hand paid hath granted, bargained and sold, and by
these presents do grant bargain and sell unto said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever all that
certain piece or parcel of land viz: the South East Quarter
of the South West Quarter of Section twenty Eight in Township
Ten South, Range Twenty-two East, Thirty nine 87/100 acres and
also the South East Quarter of the South East Quarter of Sec-
tion twenty eight Township Ten South of Range Twenty two
East, containing thirty nine and Eighty Eight Hundredths acres
And also North West Quarter of South West Quarter of Sec-
tion twenty eight, Township Ten South of Range twenty two
East containing containing thirty-nine and eighty six
Hundredths acres And also North East Quarter of South East
Quarter of Section twenty eight, Township ten South of
Range twenty two East containing thirty nine and Eighty
Seven Hundredths acres. The aggregate amount being one hun-
dred and fifty nine acres 48/100 acres To have and to hold the same
forever together with tenements, heridetaments and appurte-
nances thereto, and all dower or right of dower, And further-
more do obligate to warrant and defend unto the said S.
T. Waite his heirs and assigns, the peaceful and quiet posses-
sine of the same forever. In witness whereof we have hereunto
set our hands, and seals, this twenty fifth day of December
one thousand eight hundred and seventy three-
