Alachua County  } Before the subscriber, an acting Justice
of the Peace in and for said State and County, personally
came Isaac Roundtree and Emily Roundtree his wife
both well known to me, and both acknowledged signing
the foregoing deed of conveyance for the purposes therein
mentioned and hereby certify that I examined Mrs.
Emily Roundtree separate and apart from her husband and
she declared that she signed the said deed of conveyance free=
ly and voluntarily without any fear dread or compulsion of or
from her said husband. In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and seal this twenty ninth day of De=
cember in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hun=
dred and seventy three, 1873.

Alachua County  } Whereas Geo W. Collins, administrator  de
bonis non of Robert A. Childs, decd, did on the 5th day of
December A.D. 1859, execute a Joint Deed to Robert H.
Hall, and James M. Hunter of section twenty six (26)
Township 21 Range eleven East of what is known as the Ar-
redondo Grant, containing six hundred and forty acres
situate in Alachua County Florida.
   Now Know all men by these presents, with a view
to divide and partition the same, that I, James M. Hunter,
of Alachua County Florida, and for and in consideration of
one dollar in hand paid by Robert H. Hall of said coun=
ty and State do hereby bargain sell and convey all my
right, title, interest and claim both in law and Equity to
the said Robert H. Hall in and to the North half of said
tract or parcel of land Known as section twenty six (26)
Township twenty one (21) Range Eleven (11) East of what is
known as the "Arredondo Grant" situate in the county
and State first aforesaid. To have and to hold all of the
North half of said section 26 Township 21, Range 11 East,
together with the hereditaments, tenements and appurtenances, 
hereto the said Robert H. Hall, his heirs, executors, administra=
tors and assigns forever, free from all claims in law
and equity, which I, my heirs, executors administrators and
assigns have therein.
