Alachua County } Whereas Geo W. Collins administrator de
bonis non of Robert A. Childs decd, did on the 5th
day of December A.D. 1859 execute a Joint Deed to Robert
H. Hall, and James M. Hunter of Section twenty-six (26)
Township twenty-one (21) and Range Eleven east, of what
is known as the "Arredondo Grant," containing six hun=
dred and forty acres, situate in Alachua County Florida
Now know all men by these presents with a view to
divide and partition the same that we Robert H. Hall
and Mary H. Hall, his wife, both of Alachua Coun=
ty Florida and for and in consideration of one dollar in
hand paid by James M. Hunter of said county and
State do hereby bargain sell and convey all our right, title
interest and claim both in law and equity to the said
James M. Hunter in and to the South half of said tract
or parcel of land known as section twenty-six Township twenty-
one in Range Eleven East of what is known as the "Arre=
dondo Grant." situate in the county and State aforesaid,
To have and to hold all of the South half of said Section
26, Township 21, Range Eleven East, together with the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto attached or in any wise
belonging unto the said James M. Hunter, his heirs exec=
utors, administrators and assigns, forever, free from all claims |
