Alachua County  } Before me, a Justice of the Peace,
in and for said County, personally came James M.
Sparkman, and Sinah Sparkman his wife who sev=
erally acknowledged that they signed the within con=
veyance for the within specified purposes and the
within named Sinah Sparkman on a separate exami=
nation from her said husband says she signed the with=
in conveyance freely, voluntarily, without fear of her said
husband this first day of January 1874.

Alachua County  } This Indenture made and entered into on this
the 25th day of March A.D. 1874, between D.J. McRae, of
the County and State aforesaid of the first part and also
Mary E. McHan of Nactochee, State of Georgia party of
the second part Witnesseth That the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred Dollars to
him in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have, given, granted,
aliened, bargained, sold, transferred, and do by these presents
give, grant, alien, bargain, sell transfer and convey unto the
said party of the second part, all that certain parcel or
tract of land lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and more particularly known and described on
