enant and agree that he is seized of a good and more fea=
sible fee simple title to the above described premises
and that he has good right to convey the same as he
has conveyed the same, free and discharged from all incum=
brances and liens of any and every nature and descript=
tion, and that the said party of the first part does hereby
warrant unto the said party of the second part her heirs ad=
ministrators and executors the afore granted premises against
all persons whatsoever, lawfully claiming the same, and I
will, my heirs, executors administrators, shall warrant and de=
fend the same to the said Mary E. McHan, her heirs and as=
signs forever. And I, M.C. McRae, wife of the aforesaid
D.J. McRae for the said consideration aforesaid, do hereby re=
lease quit claim unto the said Mary E. McHan all my right
title or claim of Dower in or out of the aforesaid granted
premises. In witness whereof we the said D.J. McRae and
M.C. McRae, his wife have hereunto set our hands and
seals, the day and date above written.

Alachua County  } Before the subscriber, a Justice of the
Peace in and for the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, personally came D.J. McRae, and M.C. McRae, his
wife to me well known who severally acknowledged that
they signed the within conveyance to the within named Mary
E. McHan, for the within specified purposes and the
above M.C. McRae, wife of the above D.J. McRae
from an examination separate and apart from her hus=
bound says she executed the written conveyance and right of
Dower, freely and voluntarily and without fear of her
said husband, This 26th day of March A.D. 1874.
