   County of Sumter        }
                         Whereas, I. Thomas P.B. Fraser, an
executor of the last will and testament of Thomas
Fraser, decd late of the county and State aforesaid and whereas
the said Thomas Fraser, now deceased in and by by his
said last will and testament, which was duly executed and
admitted to Probate did advise as follows. It is my will
that the lot which I own in the town of Gainesville, Florida
shall be sold by my executor, when my son arrives at the age
of twenty-one years at public auctions to the highest bidder.
That my plantations in Florida and South Carolina near Bish=
opville shall be sold as soon as my executor shall be able 
to realize ten dollars per acre for the same, and if not sold be=
fore my son arrives at the age of twenty-one years, then to
be sold at public auction to the highest bidder. And whereas
the said property in Florida was not sold at private sale, now
until the said son has arrived at the age of twenty-one years
And whereas said lot and plantation more duly advertised for sale
in the "Independent" a newspaper published in the town of
Gainesville in the County of Alachua Florida, and sale to
take place on the 25th day of Decmbr A.D. 1874 and whereas
on said day said lot in the town of Gainesville and said
plantation in Florida were duly exposed for sale to the highest
bidder where Ann F. Fraser of Alachua County in the state
of Florida being the highest and best bidder at he bid of
one thousand one hundred and three Dollars, said lot and
plantation were knocked off to her. Now, Know all men
by these presents that by virtue of the power and author
ity granted me in said will as the executor thereof and
for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand one
hundred and three dollars, to me in part paid and in
part secured to be paid, I do hereby give grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said Ann D. Fraser, her heirs
and assigns all the interest of Thomas Fraser, deced in
and to the following described property Block (1) Range
(7) situate in the town of Gainesville, Also Lots Number
Fife (5) nine (9) ten (10) eight (8) and the south half of lot
number (11) of section seven (7) of Township Eight (8) South
of Range twenty (20) East containing three hundred and sixty
(360) acres more or less, Also lot Number three (3) the
North half of Lot number four (4) and the South half of
Lot number twelve (12) of Section seven (7) of township eight
