and known and described on the map and
plat of said Town as Lot No. (5) five, Block
No (16) Sixteen with all the privileges and appur=
tenances thereto belonging. To have and to
hold the aforegranted to the said Margaret
L. Beckham her heirs and assigns in fee
simple forever and I, the said Harriet
A. Boring for myself, my heirs, executors and
administrators, and that I will and my
heirs, administrators and executors, shall
warrant and defend the same to the said
Margaret L. Beckham, her heirs and assigns
forever. In witness whereof I the said Harriet
A. Boring have hereunto set my seal, the 8th
day of September, A.D. 1873
