  This Indenture made and entered into on
this the 12th day of June one thousand eight
hundred and sixty seven between James T. Soutter
and John McRae Trustees duly appointed by
the Rail Road Company parties of the first
part and John Elliott party of the second
part Witnesseth That the said party of the
first part for and in consideration of the
sum of one Dollar to them in hand paid by
the party of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have given granted bar-
gained aliened sold transferred and do by these
presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer
and convey unto the said party of the second
part all those lots or parcels of land lying and
being in the Town of Waldo, County of Alachua,
and State of Florida and better known and de
scribed on the plat of said Town as surveyed
by P.W.O. Koerner in May 1870 as lot number nine
(9) and ten (10) of Block number nine (9) lying togeth
er one hundred (100) feet on the side of the street which
bounds them on the North East and running one
hundred and five (105) feet and four (4) inches
on Weeks street which bounds them as the North-
West, each of said lots being fifty two feet (52)
and eight (8) inches by one hundred (100) feet
To have and to hold the above described premises
together with all and singular the rights and privi
leges, immunities, easements, appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the
said party of the second part and his heirs as
their absolute property in fee simple forever.
And the said parties of the first part, for themselves
and their successors as aforesaid and for the said
Florida Rail road Company and for all others
others claiming by through or under them or either
of them do hereby covenant and agree that they
are seized as Trustees of a good and indefeasible 
fee simple to the above premises and that they
have good right to convey the same as they have
conveyed the same and free and discharged from
all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature
and description created by themselves as such
