Be it remembered
that on this 21st day of September in the year
one thousand eighty hundred and seventy one
before me the undersigned Edwin F. Corey Jr. a
Commissioner resident in the City of New York
duly commissioned and qualified by the executive
authority and under the laws of the State of
Florida to take the acknowledgement of deeds &c
to be used or recorded there personally appeared
James T. Soutter and John McRae to me known
to be the persons who executed the annexed deed
by them sealed and subscribed and they severally
acknowledged the execution thereof to be their
free act and deed as Trustees of the Florida
Railway Company for the uses and pur=
poses therein mentioned. In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
