him the said John W. Phifer party of the second
party part, his heirs and assigns forever all the
following described property to wit: section (12) twelve
Township ten (10) Range twenty one (21) South and
East, the same being situated and lying in the
County of Alachua in the state of Florida together
with all and singular the rights, titles interest and
equities which the said William B. Lewis had
or held of in or to the same, to have and to hold the
same to him the said John W. Phifer his heirs
Executors administrators and assigns as fully
as I, the said L.A. Barnes as sheriff as aforesaid
by virtue of and acting under said levy, & advertise-
ment, sale and writ, might, could or ought to sell
and convey the same. In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal this 21st day
of April AD 1874.
