subject to sale at Newnansville, Florida contain=
ing one hundred and sixty (160) acres, and 14/100 of
an acre, said lots containing in the whole four
hundred and seventy six (476) acres and 46/100 of an
acre, And the West half of the south west quar=
ter of section one (1), The east half of the south east
quarter of section two (2), The North east quarter of the
North east quarter of Section eleven (11), And the North
west quarter of the North west quarter of section twelve
(12) all in Township eight (8) Range nineteen, (19)
east, containing two hundred and thirty (230) acres
more or less, And the south half of lot number two
(2), of section twelve (12) Township eight (8), south
of Range nineteen (19) east, containing thirty five (35)
acres, and 46/100 of an acre, Also the North east quar=

ship eight, South of Range nineteen (19) east, To have
and to hold the said parcels of land to the said 
Ann F. Fraser, her heirs and assigns in fee sim
ple, And the said Mathew Ennis will and his
heirs, executors, administrators, shall the aforegran-
ted premises unto the said Ann F. Fraser, her
heirs, executors and administrators, forever warrant
and defend by virtue of these presents, Provided
nevertheless, that if the said Mathew Ennis, his
heirs, executors and administrators, shall pay unto
the said Ann F. Fraser, her executors administra=
tors or assigns, the amount of three several
promissory notes, each for the sum of one Thous
and dollars and due as follows: One for one
Thousand Dollars due and payable at the first
day of January, 1873. One for one Thousand dollars, due
and payable on the first day of January 1874, and
one due and payable on the first day of Jan=
uary, 1875 for one thousand dollars, said notes
bearing even date with these presents, and given to
